Open Door is a unique facility in the heart of Grimsby that provides GP, health care and social support services, information, advice and guidance. Our aim is to ensure that people have the opportunity to improve their lives through a combination of integrated and flexible services all based around health and wellness.
Open Door was set up as local social enterprise and is part of Care Plus Group who provide community health services across North East Lincolnshire.
Our new premises in East Marsh provide a bright, modern and comfortable setting to provide a wide range of health and community services.
Open Door GP Practice
We are currently taking on new patients from across North East Lincolnshire. To use the practice, please pop in to register with us in person. Once registered we can offer a range of appointments with our GP and Practice Nursing Team.
