Quayside Medical Centre Consultation

We have launched a consultation with patients of Quayside Medical Centre about a proposal to relocate the practice from its current location at 76B Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, DN31 3EF to the Open Door Surgery building at Albion Street, Grimsby, DN32 7DL.

The consultation period will run for 6 weeks and will end on Friday 16th March 2018. Letters and a questionnaire have been sent to all patients of Quayside Medical Centre.
