About Care Plus Group Primary Care
Care Plus Group Primary Care Ltd is the primary care arm of Care Plus Group, a provider of health and social care services predominately in North East Lincolnshire.
Care Plus Group Primary Care Ltd incorporates the two primary care providers which are part of Care Plus Group - Quayside Medical Centre and Open Door.
Quayside Medical Centre became part of Care Plus Group in August 2016 and Open Door joined the Group in October 2015.
