Certain medical services are not covered by the NHS and these are available at Open Door at a cost. These services include services such as insurance claims, medicals, access to records and non NHS travel vaccinations
The practice asks for these charges to be paid in cash on/or prior to the provision of the service. If the GP has agreed to complete documentation for you, please phone the practice and confirm this is ready for collection before you come to the surgery.
