Our Services

Room Hire

Open Door are more than just a GP Practice and our facilities are ideal for community groups, meetings and activities. We have a number of rooms which are available to hire on a one off or ongoing basis suitable for a range of activities from 1-2-1 sessions up to small groups and meetings up to 12 people.

We can provide overhead projectors, flip charts and audio CD players. Tea and coffee can be made available and catering can be arranged on request.

Large Meeting Room




Jasper (GF39)

This is a large meeting room that can accommodate up to 60 people theatre style, 20 people in a boardroom meeting layout and 32 people in a classroom style.  Opening out into our internal courtyard this is a well-lit room that is ideal for a variety of meetings, workshops or other events.  A large wallmounted monitor is available or powerpoint projector can be hired (see layout options below)

Medium Meeting Room




Emerald (GF40)

Our workshop room can comfortably accommodate 12 people in a relaxed environment in comfortable bucket chairs "in the round".  This room is provisioned with a large wall mounted monitor.

Diamond (GF41)

Easily accommodating 20 people in a boardroom layout this room is bright and well-lit and ideal for meetings.

Small Meeting Room




Sapphire (GF27)

Small discrete meeting room with table and chairs for up to 8 people.

Zircon (GF29)

Furnished in a relaxed style with sofas and a coffee table Zircon is ideal for meetings or group counselling sessions in a calm and quiet environment.  The room can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Agate (GF02)

Small counselling room can seat up to four people.  This room is provisioned with a massage table for therapy sessions.

Therefore, please be aware, that you will receive a call back from the appropriate medical professional to discuss your health problem.

- A new, continuous cough

- Loss or change to your sense of taste or smell
