Booking an appointment
Appointments can be booked over the phone, in person at our surgery or via our online appointment system (you must register for online services first, click here for more information)
You can book an appointment on the phone by calling 01472 722 000 or in person, during surgery opening hours, we don’t restrict you to limited times.
Our surgery opening hours are:
Monday 8am – 6.30pm
Tuesday 8am – 6.30pm
Wednesday 8am – 7.00pm
Thursday 8am – 6.30pm
Friday 8am – 6.30pm
Saturday CLOSED
Sunday CLOSED
The surgery is closed on Bank Holidays
You can book an appointment with our GP or nursing staff. Many procedures such as blood tests, removing stitches, cervical smear tests or having ears syringed, can be carried out by a nurse so you do not need to see the GP. If unsure, please ask reception staff so you can book the right appointment for you and be seen as quickly as possible.

Chaperones
All patients can request a chaperone during any consultation or procedure. Please talk to a member of the reception team or clinical staff to request a chaperone.
Online Appointments
Once you have registered with our online service, you can also book appointments with any of our medical team through our online booking system.
If you would like to register for this service or find out more, click here or speak to our reception staff when you next visit us.
Home Visits
If you are housebound or too ill to come into the surgery you can request a home visit. The GP will only visit your home if they feel that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
Appointment Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible as another patient in need could utilise the appointment time. Wasted appointments add to delays and result in longer waiting times for all patients.
Patients who continue to fail to attend appointments, without notifying us in good time, may be removed from the practice list and no longer be able to attend our surgery.
You can cancel appointments over the phone, in person or via our online system, if you are registered to use this service.
What if you need medical advice when we are closed?
If you need to speak to someone outside of our opening hours at a weekend, evening or Bank Holiday and you feel it cannot wait until we are next open you can call the Single Point of Access (SPA for short) telephone number on 01472 256 256 or NHS 111 at any time 24/7.
SPA is your single point into the wide range of wellbeing support that North East Lincolnshire has to offer; from Out of Hours GPs and Mental Health services to wellbeing advice and social work support.
